2. Description of Service

LUKE is a mobile budgeting and expense tracking app for iOS and Android. The app allows users to manually log expenses, manage budgets, and engage with gamification features (XP, streaks, badges).

3. Account & Registration

Using the app requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. The app may not be used for illegal purposes.

4. Subscription & Pricing

LUKE is offered as a monthly subscription at EUR 2.99/month (incl. VAT). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Payments are processed via Stripe.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires for digital content once execution of the contract has begun and you have expressly consented to this. For withdrawal requests: contact@thelukeapp.com

6. Availability

We aim for high availability of the app but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible.

7. Disclaimer

LUKE is a personal finance management tool and does not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice. The accuracy of data entered is the user's responsibility. We accept no liability for financial decisions made based on data within the app.

8. Intellectual Property

All content of the app and website (design, code, text, logos) is the property of Deni Yunusov and protected by copyright. Reproduction without express permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the law of their country of residence applies where required by mandatory consumer protection provisions. For business users, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use. Users will be notified of material changes by email.
